IT Consultant
Full time salaried position in Clive, IA 50325
Job Duties:
- Provide IT Administration for several clients both onsite and remote support
- Wide range of responsibilities from desktop support to server administration
- Supported systems include Microsoft products, specifically Windows Server 2012 R2/2016/2019, Windows Workstation 10/8/7 Pro and Microsoft Exchange
- Familiar with Hyper-V and VMware
- Diagnosing problems in Windows, TCP/IP or Ethernet networks
- Troubleshoot server & workstation hardware, operating systems, and various applications
- Documenting network diagrams
- Provide technical training
Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong PC troubleshooting and networking skills
- Able to install/troubleshoot : Windows 10 Pro
- Able to install/troubleshoot : MS Office Suites
- Familiar with MS Exchange is a plus
- Willingness and ability to learn quickly
- Professional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Wiring/Cabling Skills
